Argan oil is handmade with a low yield of 3% ( 1 litres of oil made from 30 kilos of argania kernels which mean100 kgs of fruits gathered). As a result we found the most difficult aspect of this project was to find a reliable and determined supplier. Fortunately, we have finally found such a supplier who can guarantee us at least, 200 litres of Argan oil per week providing that we invest in machines (Oil press and filter). We have invested in her machines and also in the development of suitable premises. Moreover, we financed the ECOCERT certification of our partner. Since the summer 2005, we have an exclusive contract on all it production, which guarantees and optimizes the regularity of our supply.
